The IEOM Society International is organizing the 5th Australian Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management in Wollongong, NSW, Australia during November 24-26, 2026. The Venue is the University of Wollongong, Wollongong Campus, NSW, Australia. The conference will provide an opportunity for academics, researchers, and practitioners to exchange ideas and explore recent developments in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management. The conference is also expected to foster networking, collaboration, and joint effort among the conference participants to advance the theory and practice and identify major trends in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management.

- Conference Proceedings will be published with an ISSN (2169-8767) in a soft form – OPEN ACCESS.
- All accepted papers will be published with an ISBN Number.
- All full papers submitted for conference proceedings will be evaluated using a double-blind review process and published electronically in proceedings with a DOI number.
All full papers will be subjected to double peer review.
Authors can submit a full paper or abstract only. Authors MUST use the conference template to prepare papers or abstracts. IEOM Society encourages to submit a full paper. Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings and indexed. Any submission implies that an author will attend the IEOM 2025 Melbourne Conference and present the paper or abstract. SELECTED PAPERS WILL BE ASKED TO SUBMIT TO Scopus Indexed IJIEOM (International Journal of Industrial Engineering and Operations Management) with an extended version. It will go through the journal review process.
