This book explores the applications of advanced data-driven operations research techniques in supply chain management across various sectors, such as food and reverse supply chains. Featuring contributions from leading academics, it covers supply chain optimization, digital supply networks, sustainability, digital twins, AI-driven OR models, Industry 4.0, and data-driven decision-making. This book emphasizes rigorous quantitative methods, such as optimization methods, and addresses key components of the supply chain, including suppliers, manufacturers, distribution centers, retailers, and customers. It is designed for academics and practitioners seeking insight into the recent evolution of supply chain management.

Submission:
Interested contributors are invited to submit a 2-3-page chapter proposal clearly explaining the aims and objectives of the proposed chapter by February 15, 2026.
The proposal (a single PDF file) should contain:
1) Title of the proposed chapter,
2) Authors of the chapter (including positions, affiliations, and email addresses),
3) Type of contribution (research paper, case study, etc.),
4) Estimated number of pages,
5) Keywords (2 to 5),
6) An extended abstract (about 500 words) describing the contents of the book chapter (including methodology).
Important Dates:
February 15, 2026: Proposal submission deadline
February 30, 2026: Notification of acceptance/rejection
June 15, 2026: Full chapter submission
August 15, 2026: Review reports
September 30, 2026: Revised chapter submission
October 30, 2026: Final chapter submission
