Call for Abstracts to Present at the 2025 INFORMS Annual Meeting in the TSL Track
The INFORMS Transportation Science and Logistics (TSL) Society will continue last year's centralized process for organizing TSL invited sessions at the 2026 INFORMS Annual Meeting in San Francisco. TSL members interested in presenting in an invited session must submit their abstract through this call for review by the TSL Scientific Committee.
The 2026 Annual Meeting will also feature a Job Market Showcase stream for current Ph.D. students, postdoctoral researchers, and recent graduates (with actual or anticipated graduation dates between 2024-2027) who will be seeking academic or industry positions during the 2026-2027 academic year. This stream will be organized with high visibility to facilitate interactions between candidates and potential employers. Eligible candidates should submit through the Job Market Showcase track by April 30, 2026 through this website: https://submissions.mirasmart.com/InformsAnnual2026/Splash.aspx.
If you are not participating in the Job Market Showcase, please complete the following Google form to be considered for a TSL invited presentation slot: https://forms.gle/pcTsouw9seCAs9rMA. Because TSL has access to a limited number of invited sessions, submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the TSL Scientific Committee and assigned to one of the following formats: research presentation, flash talk, or poster presentation. Submissions will be evaluated based on scientific quality, contribution, and relevance to TSL.
If you are interested in organizing a session that includes your presentation and aware of other presentations that align with the topic, you may indicate their titles, presenters, and affiliations in the Google form, as well as the session topic. The committee will take the proposed topic and presentations into consideration and accommodate requests to the extent possible. Please note that all presentations should be submitted separately in addition to the session proposal.
We look forward to receiving your abstract. Please note the following important information:
- The 2026 Annual Meeting permits one presentation per attendee. Thus, you should only submit one abstract to this call as a presenting author. Authors can be listed as a non-presenting co-author on multiple submissions.
- TSL membership is required to present in a TSL invited session. If you are not currently a member, you can join through the INFORMS website: https://www.informs.org/About-INFORMS/Member-Benefits/Join-INFORMS-and-or-INFORMS-Communities.
- To receive full consideration, you must submit this form by April 15, 2026.
