I'm organizing a session on "AI & ML for Marketplaces" within the Service Sciences cluster at the coming INFORMS Annual Meeting 2024. This session covers applications and methodologies of emerging AI & ML techniques (e.g., large language models, reinforcement learning) for problems arising from marketplace operations. (Think of rideshare, AirBnB, Online retail, food delivery, etc)
