Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the organizing committee, we are delighted to host the CanQueue conference on October 16-17, 2026, at the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary. It is one of the premier queueing conferences in North America dedicated to advance the development and application of queueing theory and related stochastic methodologies, including empirical and behavioral studies in service systems.
📅 Dates: October 16-17, 2026
📍 Location: Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary
The workshop serves as a unique forum for leading Canadian and international scholars to exchange ideas on cutting-edge research, discuss emerging challenges, and establish new collaborations. This year we will have two keynote speakers who are leading experts in the field. Prof. Rouba Ibrahim from University College London will discuss how delay information shapes queueing system performance by combining heavy-traffic analysis and behavioral experiments. The second keynote speaker will be announced soon.
From the 2026 CanQueue organizing committee, we are looking forward to welcoming you in Calgary on October 16-17, 2026!
Sincerely,
2026 CanQueue Organizing Committee
