    9th WORKSHOP IN MANAGEMENT SCIENCE IN CHILE
     
    JANUARY 4-6, 2027
     
    We are pleased to invite you to the Workshop in Management Science, A joint effort from the University of Chile, Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, U. of Southern California and the Institute of Complex Engineering Systems. The workshop will take place on January 4-6 2027, in Puerto Chacabuco, Chile. The dates correspond to the beginning of the Summer season in the Southern Hemisphere. Puerto Chacabuco is the main port of the Aysén Region in Patagonia, Chile. It serves as the primary gateway to the famous Laguna San Rafael National Park. The conference will be held at the Hotel Loberias del Sur (https://www.loberiasdelsur.cl/en/).
     
    The purpose of the workshop is to bring together academics from different disciplines of Management Science, including operations management, marketing, management and judgment & decision making, discussing multi-disciplinary research at a one-of-a-kind destination.

    We invite fellow academics to participate in this event by submitting an abstract, related to research in the broad topic of Management Science, including marketing, decision sciences, operations management, behavioral economics, strategy and related fields.

    ABSTRACT / PAPER SUBMISSION
     
    You can submit an abstract of 500-800 words. Alternatively, you can submit a full paper. Abstracts and papers should be written in English. Submissions can be sent to info@msworkshop.cl.
     
    Important Dates & General Information
     
        Abstract Submission deadline: September 21st, 2026
        Notification of Abstract Acceptance: October 13th, 2026
     
     
    Submissions will be evaluated during the submission period and, in the case of attendees that may require to book international flights, abstract acceptance may be notified before the October 13th deadline.
