    Dear INFORMS Community,
    The University of Florida is pleased to announce and host the first International Conference on Industrialized Construction (IConIC 2026), a landmark event focused on "A Convergence of IConIC Technology, Operations, and Management."
    We cordially invite you to join us in Gainesville, Florida, from August 3-5, 2026, for this pivotal event.
    Conference Overview
    IConIC 2026 represents the first concerted effort to forge a vital synergy between diverse industrial operations principles (drawing on expertise from Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, and Systems Management) and the multifaceted field of construction (Planning, Design, Construction, and Facility Management).
    We welcome papers and presentations addressing the following key themes:
    IConIC Technology: Construction Robotics, Human-Robot Collaboration (HRC), Data analytics/AI/ML, VR/AR/MR/XR, BIM and Digital Twins.
    IConIC Operations: Manufacturing and production systems, Logistics/supply chain optimization, Process mapping/facility layout, Quality control, and Construction Safety.
    IConIC Management: Design, construction, and planning of industrialized construction projects, Facility/asset management, Lean construction, and Workforce development.
    Opportunities for Participation
    Research & Case Studies: We encourage submissions of abstracts and full papers showcasing innovative research and successful projects.
    Industry Engagement: A full day of industry-oriented programming will bridge research and practice. We highly encourage long abstracts and case studies from industry participants.
    Training & Awards: Participate in on-site hands-on software training and certification credits (Autodesk platforms) and compete for Student & Industry Awards recognizing outstanding contributions.
    Keynote Speakers: Hear from influential leaders and pioneers in the field, offering insights into the future of industrialized construction.

    Abstract Acceptance: January 31, 2026
    Full Paper Submission: March 31, 2026*
    * Papers without submitted abstract allowed
    Paper Acceptance: April 30, 2026
    Final Paper Submission: May 15, 2026
    Early Registration: June 1, 2026
    Registration deadline for paper inclusion in proceedings: June 30, 2026
