I'm excited to share that Scharan Johnson, CAE, IOM has been promoted to Chief of Member Experience & Engagement at INFORMS.

 

This promotion comes alongside a realignment of key INFORMS staff departments. In addition to Scharan's ongoing leadership of membership and communities, her expanded role will include recognition, practice, and education.

 

Scharan brings a deep understanding of our members, our communities, and the many ways people engage with INFORMS throughout their careers. By bringing these areas together under her leadership, we are well positioned to make real progress on key priorities: growing our community, deepening the value and connections members experience at every career stage, and advancing engagement and opportunity for the next generation of students and early-career professionals.
