ACM Transactions on Management Information Systems (TMIS) is excited to announce a special issue on Agentic AI and the Future of Work. We invite submissions that explore the transformative role of autonomous AI systems in reshaping organizational structures, workforce specialization, and the broader socio-technical systems.
This special issue is looking for empirical, theoretical, and design-oriented papers across various methodologies, including quantitative, qualitative, algorithmic, and design science approaches.
