    Attention all undergraduate and masters-level students! The $40,000 Data 4 Good Student Competition registration deadline is this Friday, September 20th.  

    ·       This competition provides students training in Microsoft AI-900 Azure AI Fundamentals to pass the AI-900 certification! Last year, over 90% of student participants passed the AZ-900. Students also receive AI-900 practice assessments, as well as a free exam certification voucher (1,000 are available while supplies last) - a $99 value.

    ·       All participants receive a 6-month free subscription to DataCamp, which gives access to all their courses as well as 50% off discounts for other professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft AZ-900, PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst, among others)

    ·       INFORMS Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) JTA training is provided. Did you know CIO.com recently named the aCAP one of the top 9 analytics certifications in 2024?

    ·       Lastly, there are workshops on ethical considerations of AI, LLMs, and RAG.

    ·       The case problem provided by the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS)  will help students learn how to use state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and develop a data-to-deployment solution in the cloud to help survivors of lost loved ones. This is a wonderful project to showcase to employers! You can read more about the case on the competition website (https://bit.ly/2024data4good).
