๐จ 2026 MIF Student Poster Competition โ Call for Posters ๐จ
The INFORMS Minority Issues Forum (MIF) is now inviting submissions for the 2026 Student Poster Competition.
This is a great opportunity for students to showcase their research and present at the 2026 INFORMS Annual Meeting 2026 in San Francisco, CA, with winners recognized at the MIF Business Meeting and Reception.

Email your submission to jessye.bemleytalley@morgan.edu
(Subject line: 2026 MIF Poster Competition)
Include the following:
โข Names, affiliations, and emails of all authors
โข Poster title and abstract
โข A statement confirming eligibility requirements
๐ Abstract Requirements:
โข Max 500 characters (~50 words)
โข Title max 100 characters
๐ Eligibility Requirements:
โข Must be a student and INFORMS member
โข Must be a MIF member and lead author
โข Poster must not have won a prior INFORMS competition

โข May 29, 2026 โ Abstract submission deadline
โข June 5, 2026 โ Acceptance notifications
โข July 15, 2026 โ Final poster submission
โข Nov 1โ3, 2026 โ Poster session & winner announcement
๐ Award:
โข $500 prize for first place
Students will present their work during a dedicated poster session at the Annual Meeting-an excellent platform to gain visibility and feedback within the research community.
