The objective of the TutORials Series is to provide current information on emerging research and applied topics in a manner that accommodates the needs of a broad range of researchers and practitioners. Each chapter is carefully written to be comprehensible to readers who are not experts in that area while also providing pointers to additional resources and open topics for research.
