The INFORMS MIF is pleased to announce a call for abstracts for the inaugural INFORMS MIF Summer Webinar Competition! The webinars will be five to ten minutes long and will be presented in the summer of 2024. The competition is open to students MIF members enrolled in a PhD program. Any INFORMS student member can now join MIF for free!
Participants should submit a structured abstract with the following sections: purpose, methods, results, and conclusions. The abstracts are limited to 400 words and should be submitted through this form by June 22, 2024.
The award will be presented at the 2024 INFORMS Annual Meeting. The winner of the competition will receive an honorarium, and all participants will receive a certificate of participation.
