The prestigious George E. Kimball Medal is awarded to recognize distinguished service to INFORMS and to the profession of operations research and the management sciences. The application process is informal. To nominate someone, simply send an email to me at rinarsg@gmail.com with a brief justification for why your nominee deserves the award. Self-nominations are accepted. (Current INFORMS Board members are not eligible.)
