Dear Colleagues -
Since Financial Times has listed the journal M&SOM on its
top 50 journal list on Jan 1, 2017, I have received requests from different universities in different countries asking me to provide evidence to support M&SOM as a top OM journal. Clearly, it would be perceived as a self-serving exercise for me to prepare such as a document. With luck and support, I am blessed to have Professor Behnam
Fahimnia (University of Sydney) to prepare a document and Professors Serguei Netessine (Wharton), Erica Plambeck (Stanford) and Georgia Perakis (MIT) to explain the stature of M&SOM at their respective schools.
