The April 2019 issue of Networks addresses both classical network optimization problems as well as network approaches to novel applications.
This issue contains articles that study: (a) inverse optimization for minimum cost flow problems, (b) algorithmic results for potential-based flows, and (c) edge-coloring approaches to minimize reload and changeover costs. Other articles investigate (a) the most reliable itinerary for multi-leg flights, (b) minimum-risk paths through a minefield, and (c) approaches for dynamic vehicle routing with stochastic demands.
We trust that the readership of INFORMS will find these contributions to be of interest.
