In response to requests from many colleagues, we are pleased to announce that the submission deadline for Completed Research Papers and Research-in-Progress Papers for the 36th Workshop on Information Technologies and Systems (WITS 2026) has been extended.
New submission deadline: August 18, 2026, at the end of the day, Pacific Time
WITS 2026 will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, from December 16–18, 2026. This year's theme is "Designing AI Artifacts for Digital Transformation." We welcome submissions addressing cutting-edge research on information technologies and systems, including artificial intelligence, generative AI, human–AI collaboration, trustworthy AI, digital platforms, cybersecurity, healthcare technologies, and related topics.

Please note that the September 1, 2026, deadline for Dissertation Proposals and Demo/Prototype submissions remains unchanged.
