    Hello Colleagues,
As the Series Editor for Springer Nature's Synthesis Lectures on Operations Research and Applications book series, I invite you to consider contributing a short book to the series. The book could be based on a conference tutorial/workshop or presentation in a session at a recent conference. Of course, if you have something else in mind, I am open to considering other topics.
The Synthesis book model focuses on shorter works (approximately 60-175 pages, which is certainly less daunting than writing a large book), and the books are available in various electronic formats as well as full color print. If you have a longer contribution in mind, we could discuss publishing your work as a set of books (if that makes sense for the topic and your organization of its presentation).
Direct links to the Operations Research series and the overall Synthesis book collection, which consists of 61 individual book series, are below:  https://www.springer.com/series/16979 https://link.springer.com/search?query=synthesis+lectures
Springer is interested in adding books on topics in artificial intelligence to this series. If you are interested, I would very much like to talk with you about your proposed topic and how we could proceed. Please let me know if you have any questions about this series. I hope to hear from many of you soon.
    Best regards,
    Jim
