Dear ISS Member,
The terms of our current ISS officers - Ming Fan (President), Nina Huang (Vice-President), and Yicheng Song (Secretary/Treasurer) - are ending by the end of this year.
In line with the society's bylaws (connect.informs.org/iss/aboutiss/bylaws), a committee comprising the past three chairs - Ramnath Chellappa, D. J. (Dongjun) Wu and Olivia (R. Liu) Sheng - is entrusted with overseeing the election of officers for the subsequent two-year term. We invite you to submit nominations for these three ISS officer positions.
Should you wish to nominate a candidate for any of the roles, kindly send your nomination - which should include the candidate's contact information and a brief statement explaining your reasons for endorsing them for the specific position - to olivia.liu.sheng@asu.edu by 6 pm PST, September 8, 2025.
Before submitting any nominations, please ensure you've confirmed the candidate's willingness to undertake the specific role if elected. We always welcome nominations for current officers who wish to serve a second term.
