The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies is fundamentally transforming the business landscape, introducing both challenges and opportunities for AI for business research. The Second Summer Workshop on AI for Business (SWAIB) invites researchers and industry experts to contribute to this vital research field. The workshop seeks research that develops cutting-edge AI models, algorithms, and methods to solve critical and challenging problems in business and society, including those in areas such as finance, marketing, operations, human resources, healthcare, cybersecurity, and sustainability. The workshop aims to foster a community of academic scholars and industry experts dedicated to addressing grand challenges and pressing needs in business and society through the lens of computational design science and AI. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Machine/deep learning model and algorithm
- Generative AI for business and society
- Model and evaluation for the trustworthiness of AI
- Autonomous AI agents for business and decision-making
- AI for Cybersecurity
- Human-AI interaction and collaboration
- Explainability, transparency, fairness, and safety of AI
- Prompt engineering and learning for large language models (LLMs)
- Fine-tuning and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) for LLMs
- Simulation methods for business or customer behavior
- AI for personalized information, service, and big data analytics
- Other use-inspired AI in relevant areas including finance, marketing, operations, human resources, healthcare, and sustainability.

Submission Guidelines:
We welcome original studies that address business and societal problems using AI-based methods. All submissions should follow the guidelines specified below.

Manuscript formatting is specified below:
- Length should not exceed 6 pages, including title, abstract, keyword, figure, table, and reference.
- The manuscript should NOT include any author information.
- Use single-spaced text with an 11-point Times New Roman font
- Leave one-inch margins on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right),
- Printable on 8.5 x 11-inch paper.
- Submit as a PDF file.
