I'm organizing a session on "AI and ML for Marketplaces" within the Service Sciences cluster at the coming INFORMS Annual Meeting 2024. This session covers applications and methodologies of emerging AI and ML techniques (e.g., large language models, reinforcement learning) for problems arising from marketplace operations. (Think of rideshare, AirBnB, Online retail, food delivery, etc)
