First of all, thank you for this effort -- it is a valuable one for our community, and particularly delicate work.
If I may suggest, I think it would be valuable to have a point addressing the proper attribution of work.
Such a point would be difficult to compose, as sometimes different people have different norms. This being said, in my 20+ years in the profession, the ethical problems I have seen most often within the community (albeit infrequently) concern actual plagiarism, and the related "stealing of ideas" without proper attribution. This works to directly undermine the "cooperative" point you mention in Section 3.
Again, thank you for your work, it is greatly appreciated.
