Hello, my name is Sharan Shirodkar and I am currently pursuing a Master's in Business Analytics and Information Management at Purdue University. I have a strong background in analytics and strategy, having worked as a Business Operations Analyst in the Oil and Gas industry for three years after completing my Bachelor's in Engineering in India in 2019. I also completed an executive program in Applied Business Analytics at the Indian School of Business. Through my experience and education, I have gained a basic understanding of how analytics and data drive decision-making in organizations. To further my expertise and gain global exposure, I decided to pursue a Master's degree in the US. During my time at Purdue, I have experienced intense learning and skill improvement.
As a member of INFORMS, I aim to connect and build my network of analytics and data science professionals to gain a deeper understanding of how firms operate and how to continue to improve my skills.
