The INFORMS Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee will present its second 2023 webinar on the topic of DEI and scholarly publications. Panelists Chris Tang, INFORMS VP of Publications and professor in the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Margret Bjarndottir, co-editor of a special issue of INFORMS Transactions on Education on diversity, equity and inclusion in OR/MS classrooms and professor at University of Maryland, College Park and Gemma Berenguer, senior editor at Production and Operations Management Journal and professor at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid will discuss the challenges and opportunities associated with working to enable OR/MS journals to engage with diversity, equity and inclusion and racial and social justice in creative ways.
