The Section on Location Analysis (SOLA) is seeking a dedicated volunteer to lead our social media presence and help us better connect throughout the year!
Key Responsibilities
Working in partnership with the SOLA Board, the Social Media Lead will be in charge of the following:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for SOLA's online engagement
- Account Management: Monitor and maintain our social media accounts across platforms
- Content Creation: Generate engaging posts that highlight SOLA activities, member accomplishments, research breakthroughs, and upcoming events
- Community Engagement: Foster online discussions and build connections within the location analysis community
The position will last through 2025, with the opportunity to continue longer if desired.
