Two open-rank positions in Operations Management, HEC ParisThe Information Systems and Operations Management Department of HEC Paris invites
applications for two faculty positions in Operations Management, at the assistant (tenure-track),
associate, or full professor levels, starting in Fall 2023.
Successful candidates should have demonstrated outstanding theoretical and/or empirical research
in operations (business analytics, supply chain management, healthcare management, revenue
management, operations research, etc.). The applicants are expected to undertake research leading
to publications in the field's top journals. The applicants are also expected to be excellent teachers.
Candidates must have or be near completion of a Ph.D. in a relevant field with strong research
credentials in operations.
HEC Paris offers competitive compensation, research budget, international travel budget, and
scholarships to promote and support new faculty members. Benefits also cover healthcare
insurance, retirement, and paid parental leave. The teaching load is reduced during the first three
years for tenure-track assistant professors.
Teaching at HEC Paris is conducted in English and knowledge of the French language is not a
requirement.

before the application deadline. Virtual pre-interviews might also be conducted after INFORMS.
