We encourage and support professional development by providing manageable teaching loads (four face-to-face sections per year for all Assistant Professors), small class sizes, excellent technological support, and competitive research funding. We value collaboration across disciplines and between institutions.

We encourage applications from faculty at all career stages as appointment at the Associate or Full Professor level is possible for experienced faculty. Babson faculty value the diverse backgrounds and perspectives our colleagues bring to our community, and we strongly encourage members of groups that have been traditionally underrepresented in STEM fields to apply for this position. Pending final administrative and budgetary approval, the appointment will start on August 15, 2023.

For full consideration, materials should be submitted by November 1, 2022. A Ph.D. (or an equivalent terminal degree) in an appropriate quantitative field is required.

Electronic applications should be submitted here; no paper application will be accepted. Please include: (1) a cover letter; (2) a current curriculum vitae; (3) a brief (1-2 page) research statement discussing prior work, future plans and required support; (4) a brief (1-2 page) statement of teaching philosophy, including a short statement on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom.
