The Department of Industrial Engineering (DEI) at PUC-Rio is seeking applicants for a tenure-track faculty position in the following research areas: Operations and Business Engineering (OBE) and Operations Research (OR). The deadline for application is

Applicants should have the following profile and must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Ph.D. title;
- Background in Industrial/Production Engineering at graduate or undergraduate level, or a documented academic experience including courses equivalent to those of Industrial/Production Engineering in its curriculum;
- Applied solid research skills and motivation, demonstrated through publications in reputable international journals, on subjects related to the DEI research lines;
- Interest in innovative teaching practices and methods, adequate teaching skills for courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels;
