The December 2022 issue of Networks marks the completion of 22 1/2 years in which the journal has been under the co-Editorship of Bruce Golden and Doug Shier. They will be handing over the editorial reins to Claudia Archetti (ESSEC Business School) and Luís Gouveia (Universidade de Lisboa), starting with the January issue of 2023.

To commemorate this milestone, a special bon voyage issue of Networks has been created, featuring the following authors and colleagues who have contributed significantly to the areas of network theory, algorithms, and practice. In the following listing, Open Access articles are denoted with *.

    • Bruce L. Golden and Douglas R. Shier, Editorial
    • Davide Cazarro and David Pisinger, Balanced cable routing for offshore wind farms with obstacles*
    • John Gunnar Carlson and Bo Jones, Continuous approximation formulas for location problems*
    • Daniel Gross, Nathan Kahl, Kristi Luttrell, and John T. Saccoman, Dr. Charles L. Suffel: Scholar, teacher, mentor, friend
    • Yehor Blokhin, Sergiy Butenko, Petar Momcilovic, and Oleg A. Prokopyev, On maximum ratio clique relaxations
    • Pablo Romero, Uniformly optimally reliable graphs: A survey
    • Luca Bertazzi and Xingyin Wang, Matheuristics with performance guarantee for the unsplit and split delivery capacitated vehicle routing problem
    • Raquel Bernardino, Luís Gouveia, Ana Paias, and Daniel Santos, The multi-depot family traveling salesman problem and clustered variants: Mathematical formulations and branch-&-cut based methods
    • Edward He, Natashia Boland, George Nemhauser, and Martin Savelsbergh, An exact algorithm for the service network design problem with hub capacity constraints

We trust that the readership of INFORMS will find these contributions to be especially valuable.
