Announcement: POMS College of SCM Mentorship Initiative
After a 4-year hiatus and successful runs in 2017, 2018, and 2019, the POM Society College of Supply Chain Management is organizing the mentorship initiative on the day preceding the POMS conference as part of the college's mini-conference (May 21st, 2023). The goal of the initiative is to provide a platform for interested members to meet other senior members (as mentors) to consult advice on career planning, research productivity, teaching effectiveness, and work-life balance, among others.
Members of the College of Supply Chain Management planning to attend the 2023 POMS Conference in Orlando are invited to sign up to be paired up with a mentor or a mentee. Depending on the number of available mentors, it is possible for a mentor to be assigned to multiple mentees.
We will do our best to pair interested parties based on interests, then we will invite you to connect at a specific time on May 21st (between 5:15-6:00 pm) at the mini-conference venue. We will contact you after the conference to get your feedback and suggestions for improvement.

The deadline to fill out the form is Friday, May 5, 2023. We look forward to seeing you in Orlando.
