à There is an open nomination process for the one position: President-Elect.
There are five Board members who have decided to serve a second term. According to P&P 4.3, first term incumbents may be nominated without opposition for a second term for continuity and stability. These individuals may run unopposed. The positions of which the individual has decided to serve a second term are the Treasurer, VP Publications, VP Information Technology, VP Meetings and VP Education.

INFORMS strives for a diverse and inclusive Board of Directors. Expression of Interest forms received by January 17, 2024 will be considered by the Nominating Committee. Nominations received after that date 'may be' considered. The Nominating Committee will report its nominations on or before February 15, 2024.
