Our speaker is Dr. Richard J. Boucherie, Full Professor of Stochastic Operations Research at the University of Twente. He is co-founder and co-chair of CHOIR and co-founder of the spin-off Rhythm b.v. for logistical improvement in healthcare. His research focuses on probability theory, queueing theory, and Markov decision theory with broad applications in healthcare logistics, telecommunications, and transportation. He is going to present "Dynamic assignment of capacity and fair balancing of COVID-19 patients over hospitals" on December 6, 2022, at 16:00 (CEST). Please find more info about Richard here:
