Our next speaker will be Dr. Christine Currie, Professor of Operational Research within Mathematical Sciences at the University of Southampton, UK, and a member of the Centre for Operational Research, Management Sciences and Information Systems (CORMSIS). From 2018 – 2020, Christine served as Director of CORMSIS. She is Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Simulation and chairs the Research Committee for The OR Society, UK. Her research interests include simulation optimisation, applications of simulation in health care, transport and disaster management.
On 27 February 2024, at 16:00 (CEST), she will talk about "A Generalisable Digital Twin Simulation Model of an Emergency Department".
