The White House is seeking public input on a new national strategy for artificial intelligence, aiming to shape policies that will support America's AI leadership while addressing economic and security considerations. This effort provides an opportunity to share insights on research and development, regulation, data privacy, security, technology standards, workforce development, and international cooperation, among other key issues.
The public comment period is open until March 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET. Submissions must not exceed 15 pages in 12-point or larger font, with a page number on each page, and must follow the specified formatting requirements. Comments can be submitted by email to ostp-ai-rfi@nitrd.gov with the subject line "AI Action Plan", or by mail to Faisal D'Souza at the NITRD National Coordination Office, 2415 Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22314, USA.
