If you haven't already done so, please take a minute to add your photo to your profile. Remember, profiles with a photo tend to be taken more seriously, are more likely to be viewed, and are generally seen as a bit more "professional". To add your photo, log in to connect.infoms.org and go to your profile. Under the circle with your initials on the top left, click the button that says Change Picture. From there, simply upload your photo.
