I am delighted to share with you (somewhat belatedly) the June 2023 issue of Decision Analysis. Five papers are available at the journal website, https://pubsonline.informs.org/toc/deca/current

First, Gordon Hazen of Northwestern University, Emanuele Borgonovo of Bocconi University, and Xuefei Lu of the SKEMA Business School studied "Information Density in Decision Analysis."

Second, together with Robin Dillon-Merrill of Georgetown University, Richard John of the University of Southern California, and Abdullah Althenayyan of Columbia University, I coauthored a perspectives piece, "Closing the Gap Between Decision Analysis and Policy Analysts Before the Next Pandemic."  We hope this paper stimulates a lot of discussion in the decision-analysis community!

Third, Ming Tang and Huchang Liao of Sichuan University in China wrote about the effects of "Group Structure and Information Distribution on the Emergence of Collective Intelligence."

Fourth, Imran Khan of Vericast, and Eric Bickel and Robert Hammond of the University of Texas at Austin, contributed a paper on "Determining the Accuracy of the Triangular and PERT Distributions."

Finally, Iny Hwang and Michael Lim of Seoul National University, and Youngsoo Kim of the University of Alabama, discussed "Optimal Ratcheting in Executive Compensation."

    Enjoy your summer reading!
