    Dear Colleagues,

    The 13th POMS-HK International Conference will be held at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, on January 7-8, 2023. The conference will adopt a hybrid mode with both online presentations and in-person presentations on the Hong Kong Polytechnic University campus. Under the theme of "POM for a Better World: Accountable, Adaptive, and Agile," the conference aims to provide a collaborative platform that brings together scholars and researchers in the field of operation management and related disciplines to exchange research ideas, industry practice, and managerial insights.     Inbound Travel Arrangements:
    The Hong Kong SAR government adopts a "0+3" policy for inbound persons from overseas. No compulsory quarantine is needed, contingent on the boarding requirements. Inbound persons observe a three-day medical surveillance, allowing them to freely attend the conference and other activities once arriving in Hong Kong.     Abstract Submission:
    The abstract should be submitted through the online submission form (https://www6.polyu.edu.hk/lms/pomshk2023/abstract.php) by November 15, 2022. We would also appreciate it if you could encourage your colleagues, friends, and students to submit their papers and attend the conference.

    Best Student Paper Competition:
    Students are encouraged to participate in the Best Student Paper Competition and win an award. Please visit the website at https://www.polyu.edu.hk/lms/pomshk2023/participation/best-paper/ for more details.

    Career Fair:
    We will host a career fair where employers can meet job seekers and conduct interviews with job candidates. For employers, please register for the conference first and book a table for use during the conference.
