I am co-chairing a session with Dr. Yu Yang, titled "Advances in Learning-Enhanced Combinatorial Optimization for Operations," within the Transportation Science and Logistics (TSL) track at the 2025 INFORMS Annual Meeting.
This session highlights recent advances in integrating machine learning techniques with algorithms designed to solve complex combinatorial optimization problems, such as vehicle routing, production scheduling, and supply chain network optimization. Presentations will showcase innovative methodologies leveraging predictive analytics, deep learning, and reinforcement learning, demonstrating significant enhancements in solution quality, computational efficiency, and real-world applicability.
