I hope you are all doing well. The Education Outreach Committee is currently seeking more members to join our Graduate Committee for the upcoming year.
Our mission is to support graduate students through meaningful professional development activities and community engagement. While universities offer various career resources, INFORMS provides a unique platform that brings together perspectives from multiple institutions, industries, and countries. This broader community allows graduate students to learn from faculty and professionals beyond their home departments, creating a more comprehensive and equitable support system across the OR/MS, business, and industrial analytics fields.
We are planning several initiatives, including:

Organizing online webinars on academic and industry career preparation

Providing resources to help graduate students navigate their studies and the job market

Facilitating networking and outreach events

Coordinating in-person panels at the INFORMS Annual Meeting
If you are interested in contributing to any of these efforts, or if you would simply like to support graduate students, we would be very happy to welcome you. The time commitment is flexible, and members at all career stages are encouraged to join.
