Sheldon Jacobson's op-ed in the Chicago Tribune makes a compelling case against an on-paper beneficent concept of the 'AI Bill of Rights.' In my opinion, when talking about an 'XYZ Bill of Rights, 'many people don't fathom why the original BOR has more or less stood the test of time. I recommend to anyone reading this to read 'In Our Defense' by Caroline Kennedy & Ellen Alderman to understand the gravity, depth, and scope of the BORs.
