The new issue of INFORMS Journal on Computing (https://pubsonline.informs.org/toc/ijoc/35/6) contains an open access announcement of the IJOC Test of Time Paper Award for 1992 through 1996 in the Note from the Editor section. This award has been given to Roberto Battiti and Giampiero Tecchiolli for "The Reactive Tabu Search" with the citation of (https://pubsonline.informs.org/doi/epdf/10.1287/ijoc.6.2.126), ORSA Journal on Computing 6(2):126-140 1994.
