Happy New Year!
My goals for this 2023 year are:
- Learn to say No - I tend to say yes too much. If I learn to say No more often, I could have better control over my time, the quality of my work, my level of engagement and have more meaningful commitments.
- Eat healthier and consistently every day.
- Stay present and practice mindfulness every day.
- Improve my ability to delegate.
- Take more nature walks.
- Read more books for pleasure (rather than academic papers/journals).
Along with these goals, I plan to have fun and get the most out of my 2023! I look forward to continuing my position as Sr VP of Communications for WORMS, and I'm extremely excited to come in as Chair of the Committee on Teaching and Learning.
A valuable lesson from 2022 is having time for self-care, don't underestimate it. I hope everyone has an amazing 2023!

Everyone, we just want to take a moment to thank you for your contributions to this platform over the past few months. We're so pleased with the new and improved INFORMS Connect and we hope you are, too. Cheers to 2023!
Let's keep the conversations going - what's one goal you hope to accomplish in 2023?
