Join us at the Data Lab for Social Good at Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University  and the Centre for Adult Social Care Research (CARE) for a practical, challenge driven project aimed at enhancing mental health and social care coordination. The project is a fully funded studentship open to Students Worldwide.

Collaborating with Health and Care Research Wales (HCRW) and the Welsh Government, our project focuses on enhancing discharge care coordination through a data-driven modelling approach.
