    NYU Shanghai is currently inviting applications for tenure-track or tenured faculty positions in the area of Operations/Business Analytics to start in the Fall Semester of 2023. We welcome candidates at all ranks. We seek candidates who have completed a doctoral degree (or have completed all but dissertation in the case of the Assistant rank) in Operations Management, Operations Research, Management Science, Statistics, or a related field and demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in scholarly research and teaching. Associate and full professor applicants should have a proven track record of exceptional scholarship in Operations/Business Analytics as well as of institution building and service.

    Application Instructions

    Applications are due no later than November 15, 2022. Members of the search committee will be available to meet with prospective applicants during the INFORMS Annual Meeting in Indianapolis, IN, October 16-19, 2022. Prospective applicants who are interested in meeting with the search committee are encouraged to complete their applications by October 1, 2022. You will be asked to indicate your interest in meeting the committee in a form during the application submission process.

    To be considered, applicants should submit a curriculum vitae, separate statements of research and teaching interests (no more than three pages each), and electronic copies of representative publications.  To complete the online process, applicants will be prompted to enter the names and email addresses of three references, who will be contacted to upload their reference letters.
