Faculty Positions in the Department of Industrial Engineering

The Department of Industrial Engineering at Tecnologico de Monterrey in the western region of Mexico invites applicants for open rank faculty positions with emphasis in the following fields:
· Operations Research
· Industrial Statistics and Data Science
· Logistics and Supply Chain
· Innovation and Technology Management
We seek candidates with potential to develop an exciting and innovative research agenda, passionate about delivering excellence in the classroom, and a team-player to serve and engage in the initiatives of the department and the institution. Applicants at advanced stages of the academic career are also highly encouraged. In the latter case, a strong academic record for research and teaching excellence is required.
Applicants must have earned a PhD degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or a related discipline. Applicants in the late stage of doctoral studies are welcome. Demonstrated experience in teaching undergraduate and graduate courses is a plus. Candidates do not need to be fluent in Spanish, but it is highly recommended to learn the language for daily-life outside Campus. Department of Industrial Engineering in the Western Region
The Department of Industrial Engineering is part of the School of Engineering and Sciences at Tecnologico de Monterrey. Its academic offer includes the bachelor's degree in industrial and systems engineering, the bachelor's degree in innovation and development engineering, and the master's degree in engineering management. In addition, the School of Engineering and Sciences offers a M.Sc. in Engineering and a D.Sc. in Engineering that includes a specialization in industrial engineering.
