The MSOM 2024 Conference will be held on the campus of the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis from Sunday, June 30 2024 to Tuesday, July 2, 2024. On behalf of the organizing committee, we are delighted to invite you to the conference.
The SIG mini-conferences will take place on Sunday with the main conference taking place on Monday and Tuesday. More information regarding the call for papers for the main conference as well as for the six SIG mini-conferences is available on the conference website: https://msom2024.umn.edu

Note that, in departure from previous years, anyone interested in presenting at the main conference is required to also submit a three page abstract before the standard February 20 submission deadline. This includes those submitting full papers for consideration in the SIGs and who are interested in presenting at the main conference should their paper not be accepted by the SIG.

Abstract Format
-
Each abstract should be no more than three pages with 1-inch margins, 11-point font, and at most 33 lines per page. The abstract should include the title, a description of the research problem, the assumptions used, the key methodology, and a summary of major results and their significance. References, if any, should be included within the three pages.

To facilitate double-blind review, the abstract should not contain author names.

The abstract should be submitted as a PDF file.
Guidelines

The same work can be presented only once during the entire three-day conference period.

The submitting author should be the presenter and will be considered "primary author" in the system. Once your abstract is accepted, you will upload an abstract with author names in the order they should appear.

Abstracts will be selected for oral presentation by double-blinded review.

Each attendee is limited to one non-SIG submission to the MSOM conference, one submission to each SIG Meeting, and two presentations during the entire three-day conference period.
