    Dear colleagues,

The upcoming INFORMS Annual Meetings will be held in Atlanta, Georgia, USA from October 26-29, 2025. We are delighted to invite session chairs in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) cluster at INFORMS 2025. We encourage proposals that range over theories, applications, and methodologies of Artificial Intelligence in addressing relevant issues of research and practice. Chairing a session is a great way to serve the community, interact people with common interests, and discuss interesting research and practical problems.

As a crucial role in the success of the conference, session chairs are trusted to propose the theme of a session, invite four to five speakers, and run the 75-minute session for the event. Note that INFORMS limits speakers to ONE presentation at this year's annual meeting.

To facilitate the scheduling, important due dates are included below.

    ·      April 17: Deadline for collecting the intention of Session Chairs

    ·      May 1: Deadline for Session Chairs to invite Speakers

    ·      May 15: Deadline for Speakers to submit abstracts

    ·      August 1: Deadline for Speakers' registration

If you are interested in chairing a session, please kindly send an email to yifan.yu@austin.utexas.edu by April 10, with a tentative session title and favorably a brief description (optional). We look forward to your session proposals!

Whether you are available to chair a session or not, we would appreciate your help forwarding this opportunity to other interested individuals or suggesting names whom we should specifically invite to chair a session.

Thank you very much for your contribution!
