Dear PhD Students,
We are excited to announce the Eighth Annual Wharton Innovation Doctoral Symposium (WINDS), The Wharton School's premier student-run multidisciplinary conference on innovation. WINDS serves as a vibrant platform for PhD students across disciplines such as accounting, economics, finance, marketing, operations, organizational theory, strategic management, and others to present and discuss cutting-edge research on innovation - a cornerstone of business research and a key driver of today's economy.
The conference will take place in person from March 7–8, 2025, at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Organized by the Mack Innovation Doctoral Association (MIDAS) and supported by the Mack Institute for Innovation Management and the Wharton Doctoral Office, WINDS has successfully brought together innovation scholars over the past seven years and continues to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange within the PhD community.
We invite PhD students to submit papers showcasing their research on innovation. For more details about the conference and submission guidelines, please visit the WINDS webpage and review the full call for proposals here. The submission deadline is Tuesday, December 24, 2024.
Feel free to reach out with any questions to the student organizing committee at windsteam@wharton.upenn.edu.
Thanks,
Vishrut
