We invite submissions for an inaugural workshop examining how artificial intelligence is transforming innovation processes and collaborative work practices. Through this workshop, we intend to address an important question in our field: as AI evolves from an automation tool to a collaborative partner, how does this shift reshape the fundamental nature of innovation and knowledge creation?
The workshop invites research that explores AI's impact on collaborative innovation across multiple dimensions-from changes in team dynamics and creative processes to new organizational forms and innovation ecosystems. We welcome both completed research and compelling work-in-progress that contributes to our understanding of these emerging phenomena.
Plenary Speakers:
- Avi Goldfarb (Toronto)
- Shawndra Hill (Meta)
- John Horton (MIT)
- K Sudhir (Yale)
- Arun Sundararajan (NYU)
We encourage submissions that examine these transformative changes through theoretical and empirical lenses. We want to get the conversation started, so even if you have a paper which you feel is partially related to our workshop theme, please submit.
