2025 Winter Simulation Conference
December 7-10, 2025
Sheraton Grand Seattle, Seattle, WA
Look to the Future! Simulation 2050 and Beyond.
Call for Papers
Simulation provides unparalleled analysis and insight for design, planning and the operation of complex systems in commerce, industry and society. With current research in areas such as Digital Twins, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Distributed Computing, the Internet of Things and Virtual Reality we dare to ask:
Where will Simulation be in twenty-five years?
What new and exciting innovations will we see?
How will these contribute to our world?
The Winter Simulation Conference 2025 will look to the future and consider Simulation in 2050 and beyond. We invite papers that emphasize the latest advances in simulation theory and applications showcasing both the current state-of-the-art and what our field will look like in 2050 and beyond. We particularly encourage current applications that showcase simulation excellence in a wide range of domains, including but not limited to aviation, disaster response, education, energy, finance, healthcare, infrastructure, manufacturing, national security, space systems, and supply chains, as well as what the future of simulation might be in these application areas.
The Winter Simulation Conference 2025 will continue the tradition of including pre-conference workshops, introductory and advanced tutorials, commercial case studies, poster sessions, and the Ph.D. Colloquium. WSC 2025 will include an online only participation option through the Simulation around the World track, which brings together remotely delivered presentations from all parts of the globe, as well as limited access to other tracks. The conference will also host the 21st International Conference on Modeling & Analysis of Semiconductor Manufacturing (MASM). WSC 2025 will showcase professional development opportunities, a Simulation Challenge for teams to compete on an industrial case study, and the Simulation Exploration Experience that focuses on the application of simulation in space.
